In trading on Thursday, the iShares U.S. Home Construction ETF is outperforming other ETFs, up about 5.6% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of LGI Homes, up about 11.5% and shares of Installed Building Products, up about 10.1% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the Invesco PHLX Semiconductor ETF, off about 3.3% in Thursday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Thursday were shares of Lam Research, lower by about 4.9%, and shares of Applied Materials, lower by about 4.8% on the day.
