Teva Transitions To Direct Listing On NYSE

(RTTNews) - Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (TEVA), a biopharmaceutical company, announced on Monday the upcoming initiation of direct trade on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). The listing is expected to follow a transition from the company's American Depositary Shares (ADS) program. The company's ordinary shares will continue trading on the NYSE and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) under the ticker symbol 'TEVA'. Teva stated that the transition was a part of its planned Pivot to Growth strategy. CEO Richard Francis stated that the move would help 'broaden investor access', and 'drive sustainable growth'. The company is an emerging global supplier of generic medicines and biosimilars. Sales of its flagship products AJOVY, UZEVY, and AUSTEDO resulted in a 40% year-on-year revenue growth in 2025. Revenues in 2026 are estimated to reach $3.7 billion.

As of June 30, 2026, Teva held cash and cash equivalents of $3,655 million. TEVA closed Friday (11.09.2026) at $37.09, up 2.04%.

On Monday, shares of Teva closed at $38.72, up 4.39%. In the overnight trade, shares are down 2.32% at $37.82.
