StoneX To Acquire Integra Trading For Undisclosed Terms, Shares Up

(RTTNews) - On Friday, StoneX Group Inc. (SNEX) announced the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire Integra Trading S.A.S., a coffee trader, exporter, and bean processor with extensive capabilities in Colombia. The terms of the transaction are undisclosed.

The acquisition will be completed through StoneX's Switzerland-based trading entity and integrated into its physical commodities business.

The combination is expected to immediately increase earnings and support faster growth by connecting Integra's coffee sourcing and milling operations with StoneX's global client base, risk management, and financial resources. The deal will expand StoneX's direct sourcing and processing capabilities in a major coffee-producing country, improve access to high-quality Arabica coffee, and create a more integrated supply chain from producers to end markets. These combined capabilities are expected to increase volumes, improve margins, and strengthen StoneX's position in the global coffee market.

On the Nasdaq, the shares were trading 2.94 percent up at $67.32.
