(RTTNews) - Tuesday, Stardust Power Inc. (SDST) announced that Chris Celano has been named the Chief Operating Officer or COO, starting immediately.
In the new position, Celano will manage the company's lithium supply projects and processing operations, which include sourcing materials and developing sites.
Celano has more than 20 years of leadership experience, having held positions as a CEO and securities attorney. He had served as President and CEO of IHI E&C International.
In pre-market activity on the Nasdaq, the shares are trading at $3.97, up 2.32%.
