Stabilus CFO Andreas Jaeger Steps Down

(RTTNews) - Stabilus SE (SIUAF, STM.DE) said Friday that Chief Financial Officer Andreas Jaeger has stepped down, citing personal reasons, with immediate effect.

The company's Supervisory Board accepted Jaeger's request to terminate his Management Board contract by mutual agreement and has launched a structured search for a permanent successor.

Until the position is filled, Chief Executive Officer Dr. Michael Büchsner will oversee the finance function on an interim basis, supported by veteran finance executive Thomas Kresser.

Kresser began his career at Siemens in 1986 and has since held senior finance leadership roles across the telecommunications, consumer goods, energy and transportation sectors. He has served as CFO and CEO on an interim basis for several companies and brings experience in controlling, accounting, treasury, tax, IT, legal, mergers and acquisitions, and post-merger integration.
