Spruce Power Holding Appoints Thomas Cimino As CFO

(RTTNews) - Spruce Power Holding Corp. (SPRU), Monday announced the appointment of Thomas Cimino as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.

Cimino has served as interim CFO of the company since June 2025.

Previously, he played key roles in several companies, such as CFO of Vantage Drilling International and AEI Services, and Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration of EnfraGen.

Currently, Spruce's stock is trading at $5.22, down 1.51 percent on the New York Stock Exchange.
