In early trading on Wednesday, shares of Garmin topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 16.1%. Year to date, Garmin registers a 24.2% gain.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Palo Alto Networks, trading down 9.0%. Palo Alto Networks is lower by about 19.3% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Datadog, trading down 5.0%, and Global Payments, trading up 10.8% on the day.
