In early trading on Friday, shares of CF Industries Holdings topped the list of the day\'s best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 6.5%. Year to date, CF Industries Holdings registers a 52.6% gain.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is KKR, trading down 6.4%. KKR is lower by about 29.8% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Ares Management, trading down 6.3%, and Occidental Petroleum, trading up 2.8% on the day.
