In early trading on Tuesday, shares of Humana topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 8.5%. Year to date, Humana has lost about 22.6% of its value.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Invesco, trading down 4.4%. Invesco is lower by about 16.7% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Carnival, trading down 3.7%, and UnitedHealth Group, trading up 8.0% on the day.
