In early trading on Wednesday, shares of Lamb Weston Holdings topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 14.0%. Year to date, Lamb Weston Holdings Inc has lost about 16.1% of its value.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Fiserv, trading down 21.2%. Fiserv is lower by about 36.3% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Otis Worldwide, trading down 13.5%, and GE Vernova, trading up 12.4% on the day.
