In early trading on Thursday, shares of Amcor topped the list of the day's best performing components of the S&P 500 index, trading up 399.1%. Year to date, Amcor registers a 427.9% gain.
And the worst performing S&P 500 component thus far on the day is Boston Scientific, trading down 5.0%. Boston Scientific is lower by about 6.6% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are APA, trading down 3.5%, and Applied Materials, trading up 9.2% on the day.
