Solidion Unveils $1 Mln Share Repurchase

(RTTNews) - Battery technology company Solidion Technology, Inc. (STI) announced on Monday that its board has authorized a stock buyback program of up to $1.0 million, effective September 13.

The program will remain in place until the full amount is repurchased, or March 14, 2028, or earlier termination by the board.

"We believe that our technology, intellectual property and strategic position provide a strong foundation for future growth", said Jaymes Winters, Chief Executive Officer of Solidion Technology.

In pre-market activity on the Nasdaq, shares of Solidion Technology were down 0.41 percent, changing hands at $7.20, after closing Friday's regular session 1.83 percent higher.
