Sify Technologies Sets ADS Rights Delisting Date
Sify Technologies (SIFY) has released an update.
Sify Technologies Ltd., an Indian ICT solutions provider, has announced its decision to voluntarily delist its ADS Rights from the NASDAQ Capital Market after their trading period ends on June 18, 2024. These rights, which will not be listed on any other exchange post-delisting, are set to expire on June 21, 2024, and were part of a rights offering detailed in a June 3, 2024, prospectus. The company plans to file the official delisting notification around June 7, 2024.
