ServiceMaster Global Holdings, which provides pest control services and warranties on household appliances, raised $610 million by offering 35.9 million shares at $17, below the range of $18 to $21. ServiceMaster Global Holdings plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol SERV. J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley acted as join bookrunning managers on the deal.
