Rimini Street Appoints Keith Costello As COO

(RTTNews) - Rimini Street Inc. (RMNI), a provider of enterprise software support services and products, on Wednesday appointed Keith Costello as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, effective August 17.

Costello brings more than 30 years of experience and will serve as the company's principal operating officer.

Before joining the company, Costello served as president of Enterprise Applications, Technology, Consulting and Engineering Services at DXC Technology from October 2025 to August 2026.

Previously, Vijay Kumar joined the company as EVP and COO in May 2025, but the company has not disclosed the reason for the leadership change or Kumar's current status.

On Tuesday, Rimini Street closed trading 2.04% lesser at $4.1800 on the Nasdaq.
