Replimune Prices $150 Million Underwritten Offering

(RTTNews) - Replimune Group, Inc. (REPL), a commercial-stage biotechnology company developing oncolytic immunotherapies, announced the pricing of an underwritten offering of 9,701,490 shares of its common stock at $12.06 per share.

In addition, the company is issuing pre-funded warrants, equal to the offering price per share less the $0.0001 exercise price.

Gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $150 million, before deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other expenses. All securities are being sold by Replimune, with the offering scheduled to close on August 11, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

Leerink Partners, J.P. Morgan, and Cantor are acting as joint bookrunning managers.

The financing follows Replimune's recent FDA accelerated approval of its first commercial product, TUDRIQEV (vusolimogene oderparepvec-wtpg), in combination with Nivolumab (Bristol Myers Squibb) for advanced melanoma. The company's proprietary RPx platform is designed to maximize immunogenic cell death and induce systemic anti-tumor immune responses.

REPL has traded between $1.50 and $14.12 over the past year. The stock closed Monday's trading at $13.67, up 13.35%. In pre-market trading the stock is at $13.65, down 0.15%.
