Profusa's 1-for-4 Reverse Stock Split Becomes Effective; Stock Up 160%

(RTTNews) - Profusa, Inc. (PFSA) announced that its previously approved 1-for-4 reverse stock split has taken effect on August 18, 2026. The split consolidates every four shares of common stock into one share, while the par value remains unchanged at $0.0001 per share. Fractional shares will not be issued, with cash provided in lieu.

The company's shares continue to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker PFSA, with the new CUSIP number. Outstanding shares have been reduced proportionally, while authorized shares remain at 601 million. This marks Profusa's third reverse stock split in 2026, following a 1-for-75 split on February 9, 2026, and a 1-for-25 split on July 7, 2026.

PFSA is currently trading at $11.74, up 160.16%.
