Profusa Resolves Nasdaq Compliance Issue

(RTTNews) - Profusa Inc. (PFSA), a commercial-stage digital health company, on Monday reported regaining compliance after receiving a notification from Nasdaq regarding the minimal shares requirement.

According to a letter issued on August 14, 2026, by the Listings Qualification Department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC, the company was in violation of Listing Rule 5550 (a)(4) requiring all listed entities to have at least 500,000 publicly held shares.

This was the result of a 1-for-4 reverse stock split carried out by Profusa on August 17, 2026.

Following a correspondence between Nasdaq and the company, it was ruled that the company was in compliance with the rule, and the matter is now closed.

PFSA closed Monday at $3, up 2.39%. In the pre-market, the stock is at $3.04, up 1.33%.
