OSI System's Optoelectronics Division Receives $7 Mln In Orders For Electronic Sub-assemblies
(RTTNews) - Monday, OSI Systems Inc (OSIS), a specialized electronic systems manufacturer, announced that its Optoelectronics and Manufacturing division has received orders of approximately $7 million from a leading industrial controls original equipment manufacturer for electronic sub-assemblies to be utilized in its industrial control and monitoring platforms.
OSI Systems President and CEO Ajay Mehra said the company is pleased to receive the awards, which strengthen its existing relationship with the customer and show the customer's continued confidence in OSI Systems' ability to support growing product demand.
On the Nasdaq, the shares were trading 1.43 percent down at $194.41.
