NatWest Group plc Completes £ 749,999,998.96 Share Buyback Programme

NatWest Group plc announced that its share buyback programme originally announced on 16 February 2026 has completed. Since the commencement of this buyback programme, the Company has repurchased 121,932,783 Ordinary Shares at a volume weighted average price of 615.09 pence per Ordinary Share for a total consideration of £ 749,999,998.96.

The purchased Ordinary Shares have a nominal value of £1.0769 each. The final transactions under the programme included purchases of Ordinary Shares from UBS AG, London Branch on 02 November 2026 and 03 November 2026. On 02 November 2026, the Company purchased 2,738,872 shares on the LSE, 1,049,394 shares on CHIX, and 3,090,604 shares on BATE. On 03 November 2026, the Company purchased 2,864,193 shares on the LSE, 964,882 shares on CHIX, and 408,110 shares on BATE. For the purchases on 02 November 2026, the highest price paid was 595.60 GBp and the lowest price paid was 575.60 GBp. For the purchases on 03 November 2026, the highest price paid was 592.00 GBp and the lowest price paid was 579.40 GBp. The Company intends to cancel the repurchased Ordinary Shares.

Following the settlement of the transactions, NWG will hold 177,875,932 Ordinary Shares in treasury and have 7,900,091,837 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). The total number of voting rights in the Company will be 31,602,299,908.
