In early trading on Monday, shares of Qualcomm topped the list of the day's best performing components of the Nasdaq 100 index, trading up 10.0%. Year to date, Qualcomm registers a 40.8% gain.
And the worst performing Nasdaq 100 component thus far on the day is Shopify, trading down 3.6%. Shopify is lower by about 33.9% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Palantir Technologies, trading down 3.4%, and Western Digital, trading up 5.6% on the day.
