In early trading on Thursday, shares of Meta Platforms topped the list of the day's best performing components of the Nasdaq 100 index, trading up 12.5%. Year to date, Meta Platforms registers a 33.6% gain.
And the worst performing Nasdaq 100 component thus far on the day is Arm Holdings, trading down 13.6%. Arm Holdings is showing a gain of 14.5% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Lam Research, trading down 7.6%, and Biogen, trading up 6.0% on the day.
