In trading on Monday, defense shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2.5%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, down about 4.3% and shares of Lockheed Martin down about 2.9% on the day.
Also lagging the market Monday are precious metals shares, down on the day by about 2.5% as a group, led down by Alamos Gold, trading lower by about 14.2% and Gold Fields, trading lower by about 9.7%.
