MedNation Appoints Andreas Bergius As CFO

(RTTNews) - German healthcare group MedNation AG (EIF.DE) announced the appointment of Andreas Bergius as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 1, 2026.

MedNation which operates as medical rehabilitation, nursing care, and early intervention services for children with development conditions said Bergius will serve through December 31, 2028, and is expected to assume responsibility for finance, including the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Bergius has experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, and investment management, according to the company.

He will join Dirk Isenberg, who currently serves as Chairman of the Management Board. The Board will comprise Isenberg and Bergius from October 1.

MedNation had reported net profit of €2.51 million for financial year 2025, compared with €0.10 million, while consolidated net income stood at €2.75 million, up from €0.21 million a year earlier.

Revenue totaled €52.77 million, significantly higher than €48.76 million.

EIF.DE is trading down 0.50% at €4.00 on Deutsche Borse (XETRA).
