Lark Distilling Co. Ltd has announced a strategic partnership with Spirits Platform to become its domestic distributor, aiming to fortify its position in the Australian luxury whisky market. This shift to a distributor partner sales model is expected to enhance the company’s financials, including EBITDA and cash flow, starting FY25, despite anticipated one-off restructuring costs. The June 2024 quarter’s trading results are on target, with net sales revenue forecasted at approximately $3.3 million.
