This shift to a distributor partner sales model is expected to enhance the company’s financials, including EBITDA and cash flow, starting FY25, despite anticipated one-off restructuring costs. The June 2024 quarter’s trading results are on target, with net sales revenue forecasted at approximately $3.3 million.
