Lamar Advertising Q2 AFFO Increases; Raises FY26 Guidance

(RTTNews) - Lamar Advertising Company (LAMR) reported second quarter funds from operations, or FFO, of $236.8 million versus $225.3 million for the same period in 2025, an increase of 5.1%. Adjusted funds from operations, or AFFO, for the second quarter was $247.9 million compared to $225.3 million for the same period in 2025, an increase of 10.1%. AFFO per share increased 8.1% to $2.40 as compared to $2.22, prior year.

Second quarter net income was $164.6 million as compared to $155.0 million for the same period in 2025. Net income per diluted share was $1.58 compared to $1.52. Adjusted EBITDA was $303.4 million versus $278.4 million for the second quarter of 2025, an increase of 9.0%. Acquisition-adjusted EBITDA increased 7.3%, for the quarter.

Second quarter net revenues were $616.7 million versus $579.3 million, last year, a 6.5% increase. Acquisition-adjusted net revenue for the second quarter increased 6.1% over prior year.

The company now expects earnings per share for fiscal 2026 to be between $5.95 and $5.99, with AFFO per share between $8.75 and $8.90. Previously, the company anticipated net income per share to be between $5.72 and $5.83, with AFFO per share between $8.50 and $8.70.

In pre-market trading on NasdaqGS, Lamar Advertising shares are up 0.52 percent to $159.00.
