Korn Ferry Sees Growth In Q2, But Stock Down 4% - Update

(RTTNews) - While reporting financial results for the first quarter on Wednesday, consulting firm Korn Ferry (KFY) provided adjusted earnings and fee revenue guidance for the second quarter.

For the second quarter, the company projects adjusted earnings in a range of $1.30 to $1.40 per share on fee revenue between $860 million and $878 million.

On Tuesday, the Company announced its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.55 per share that will be payable on October 15, 2026 to shareholders of record on September 22, 2026.

In Wednesday's pre-market trading, KFY is trading on the NYSE at $82.04, down $3.31 or 3.88 percent.
