Klarna CFO And CMO To Step Down In Early 2027, Shares Fall

(RTTNews) - Klarna Group plc (KLAR) , a digital bank and flexible payments provider, said on Tuesday its Chief Financial Officer Niclas Neglen and Chief Marketing Officer David Sandstrom will step down from their respective roles in early 2027.

Neglen will continue to lead the finance organization and investor engagement through the transition, including in his capacity as board member. Klarna said the search for a New York-based CFO is underway.

Sandstrom will remain in charge of marketing during the transition and prepare the brand and team for the next phase of the company's development.

On the NYSE, shares of Klarna are currently losing 19.87 percent, changing hands at $15.66.
