Jupiter Posts Wider Loss In Q2, Announces Pricing Of $2 Mln Direct Offering

(RTTNews) - Jupiter Neurosciences, Inc. (JUNS), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, reported a second-quarter loss compared to a year-ago quarter. The company also announced the pricing of a registered direct offering.

In the second quarter, net loss was $2.27 million, marginally wider than $2.25 million last year. On a per-share basis, the loss narrowed to $4.08 from $5.09 in Q2 2025.

For the quarter ended June 30, 2026, product revenue was $0.02 million, compared with no product revenue in the corresponding quarter last year. Jupiter announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement for a registered direct offering.

The offering covers the purchase and sale of 307,692 shares of common stock, with gross proceeds from the offering are estimated to be $2 million.

The closing of the offering is expected to be on or about August 24, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.

D. Boral Capital LLC is serving as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.

As of June 30, 2026, Jupiter held cash of $1.52 million.

Jupiter shares have traded between $4.56 and $138 over the last year.

JUNS closed Friday's trade at $6.20, up 19.92%.
