Jayex Technology Limited announced the withdrawal of Resolution 2 from their upcoming Annual General Meeting following the resignation of Mr. Michael Chan, previously nominated for election. They have also included an additional Resolution 5 for the election of new board member Mr. William Denis Boyd. Shareholders have been advised to use a replacement proxy form if they wish to change their initial vote or vote on the new resolution.
