Jade Bioscience Reports Preclinical Data For JADE301

(RTTNews) - Jade Biosciences, Inc. (JBIO) announced preclinical data for JADE301, an investigational, anti-IFN-Beta monoclonal antibody being developed for dermatomyositis, a rare autoimmune disease that can cause skin inflammation and muscle weakness.

JADE301 showed selective binding to IFN-Beta and greater functional potency than dazukibart comparator in several human cell models, according to the company. In non-human primate, the drug showed an approximately 25-day half-life after subcutaneous dosing and was well tolerated at the doses tested.

Jade expects to begin a Phase 1 trial in 24 healthy volunteers in the fourth quarter of 2026, with interim data anticipated in the second half of 2027.

JBIO closed Tuesday's trading at $14.18, down 1.18%.
