ITV Continues Share Buyback Programme
ITV plc (GB:ITV) has released an update.
ITV plc has recently repurchased 1,180,065 of its ordinary shares, paying between 78.10 to 79.35 pence per share, with the average price being 78.78 pence. This buyback, part of a programme announced on March 7, 2024, brings the total shares bought back to 48,477,551 at an average of 72.59 pence each. These repurchased shares are to be held in treasury, reducing the number of shares with voting rights to 4,003,931,643.
