Green Thumb Industries Board Extends $50 Mln Share Repurchase Program For Additional 12 Months

(RTTNews) - Monday, Green Thumb Industries Inc. (GTBIF.PK) announced that its Board has authorized the extension of its share purchase program for an additional 12 months, with up to $50 million available for share repurchases.

The latest repurchase program will commence on September 23, 2026, and expire on September. 22, 2027.

Speaking about the decision, Green Thumb Founder, Chairman and CEO Ben Kovler, commented, "As we continue to evaluate the best uses of our capital — from investing in organic growth to pursuing M&A opportunities — renewing this program gives us the flexibility to continue buying back stock when conditions present an attractive opportunity."

Notably, the company does not expect to incur debt to fund the share repurchase program.

Green Thumb's stock closed trading $7.29, down 0.82 percent on the OTC Markets.
