Glucotrack Announces 1-for-15 Reverse Stock Split;

(RTTNews) - Glucotrack, Inc. (GCTK), a healthcare technology and biopharmaceutical company operating Lokahi Therapeutics, announced that it will implement a 1-for-15 reverse stock split of its common stock, effective at the opening of trading on August 31, 2026.

Following the reverse split, every 15 shares of Glucotrack's issued and outstanding common stock will be combined into one share, reducing the total outstanding shares from approximately 11.97 million to about 798,144 shares. The par value of $0.001 per share will remain unchanged, and the stock will continue to trade on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol GCTK with a new CUSIP number of 45824Q887.

No fractional shares will be issued. Instead, shareholders holding amounts not evenly divisible by the split ratio will automatically receive an additional fraction of a share to round up to the nearest whole share.

The reverse split was authorized by shareholders at the company's annual meeting on August 18, 2026. The move is intended to bring Glucotrack into compliance with Nasdaq's $1.00 minimum bid price requirement.

Glucotrack must maintain a closing bid price of at least $1.00 through November 9, 2026, to remain in compliance. Failure to do so could result in delisting at Nasdaq's dissection.

GCTK has traded between $0.25 and $14.14 over the past year. The stock closed Wednesday's trading at $0.32, down 5.61%. In pre-market trading the stock is at $0.32, up 2.71%.
