Friday's ETF Movers: LIT, XOP
In trading on Friday, the Global X Lithium & Battery Tech ETF is outperforming other ETFs, up about 7% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Lucid Group, up about 11.1% and shares of Sigma Lithium, up about 6.3% on the day.
And underperforming other ETFs today is the SPDR S&P Oil & Gas Exploration & Production ETF, down about 2.5% in Friday afternoon trading. Among components of that ETF with the weakest showing on Friday were shares of Vital Energy, lower by about 6.2%, and shares of SM Energy, lower by about 6.1% on the day.
