In trading on Friday, precious metals shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.5%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Drdgold, off about 8.5% and shares of Orla Mining off about 7.9% on the day.
Also lagging the market Friday are general contractors & builders shares, down on the day by about 0.8% as a group, led down by LGI Homes, trading lower by about 1.8% and Dream Finders Homes, trading lower by about 1.6%.
