In trading on Friday, manufacturing shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 2.9%. Helping drag down the group were shares of Harmonic, down about 11.2% and shares of Lightpath Technologies down about 10.9% on the day.
Also lagging the market Friday are semiconductors shares, down on the day by about 2.7% as a group, led down by Ambarella, trading lower by about 20.7% and AXTI, trading lower by about 13.1%.
