Friday 9/11 Insider Buying Report: RLMD, CELH

Bargain hunters are wise to pay careful attention to insider buying, because although there are many various reasons for an insider to sell a stock, presumably the only reason they would use their hard-earned dollars to make a purchase, is that they expect to make money. Today we look at two noteworthy recent insider buys.

On Thursday, Relmada Therapeutics' Chief Financial Officer, Maged Shenouda, made a $843,990 buy of RLMD, purchasing 200,000 shares at a cost of $4.22 each. So far Shenouda is in the green, up about 10.2% on their purchase based on today's trading high of $4.65. Relmada Therapeutics is trading up about 7.5% on the day Friday. Before this latest buy, Shenouda purchased RLMD at 2 other times during the past year, for a total investment of $1.15M at an average of $2.24 per share.

And also on Thursday, Chief Executive Officer John Fieldly purchased $493,843 worth of Celsius Holdings, purchasing 18,000 shares at a cost of $27.44 a piece. Before this latest buy, Fieldly made one other buy in the past twelve months, purchasing $248,826 shares for a cost of $29.36 a piece. Celsius Holdings is trading up about 3.6% on the day Friday.
