(RTTNews) - Freight Technologies Inc. (FRGT), a logistics company, on Thursday said it is accelerating its transition to a software-first, AI-driven business and is exploring strategic alternatives, including a potential sale, for its online brokerage unit.
The company said it has engaged with multiple interested parties as part of the process.
Freight Technologies said that as its software platforms, including Fleet Rocket, Zayren and Fr8Radar, have matured and gained commercial traction, it has identified a software-first, AI-driven model as the most direct path to deliver long-term value.
It also highlighted growing traction for these platforms, which offer capabilities such as AI-driven pricing, carrier matching, real-time tracking and enterprise integrations, and are now being deployed commercially to generate recurring software revenue.
Fr8Tech added that its broader business, including enterprise customer relationships and AI development pipeline, remains unaffected by the strategic review.
"Our AI Lab has been built from the ground up to solve the hardest problems in cross-border logistics rate volatility, carrier matching, real-time coordination and what we have deployed is only the beginning of what this platform is capable of," said Umberto Len Domnguez, Director of the Fr8Tech AI Lab. "The next phase of our roadmap agentic AI workflows, voice-based freight coordination, and advanced predictive pricing will further define Fr8Tech as the technology standard for the USMCA corridor."
