Forvia Hella CFO Philippe Vienney To Step Down

(RTTNews) - Forvia Hella, Hella GmbH & Co. KGaA (HLE.DE, HLLGY), an automotive supplier, on Friday announced that Chief Financial Officer Philippe Vienney will leave its Management Board when his contract expires on February 28, 2027.

The company said that Vienney's contract will not be renewed at his own request and for personal reasons.

Vienney has served as CFO and a Management Board member since March 1, 2024, overseeing Finance & Controlling.

The company said information on his replacement will be provided in the near future.

The company mentioned that Vienney will support the transition to the successor.

On Thursday, Hella closed trading 0.84% higher at EUR 71.70 on the XETRA.
