First Capital REIT Sets June Cash Distribution

First Capital Realty (TSE:FCR.UN) has released an update.

First Capital REIT has declared a monthly cash distribution of $0.072 per unit for June, which annualizes to $0.86 per unit, set to be paid out to unitholders on record by July 15, 2024. The company is known for owning and developing grocery-anchored, open-air centres in Canada’s prime neighborhoods.
