Firefly Neuroscience To Integrate Evoke EEG Platform With RadialOS

(RTTNews) - Firefly Neuroscience, Inc. (AIFF) announced a strategic collaboration with Radial to pursue the integration of its FDA 510(k)-cleared, AI-powered Evoke EEG/ERP platform with Radial's AI-native operating system for brain medicine, RadialOS.

The planned integration is intended to incorporate objective measures of brain function into Radial's diagnostic process, helping clinicians better understand patients, identify potentially appropriate treatment pathways and monitor outcomes over time.

Firefly's Evoke platform combines quantitative electroencephalography (qEEG) and event-related potential (ERP) testing with AI-powered analytics to provide objective information about brain function.

The platform is designed to help clinicians identify relevant brain-activity patterns, assess patients with overlapping symptoms and track changes in brain function over time.

RadialOS provides AI-guided decision-support tools and clinical infrastructure designed to support the delivery of advanced brain-medicine treatments, including transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), medications and other interventional therapies.

Radial currently supports a network of 27 clinics across seven states, with more than 100 clinicians treating hundreds of thousands of patients each year.

Firefly said integrating Evoke with RadialOS could provide clinicians with brain-function data directly within their clinical workflow and support more personalized treatment decisions.

The collaboration follows Radial's August 2026 acquisition of the management services organization supporting Mindful Health Solutions, which expanded its clinical footprint and ability to deploy brain-medicine technologies across its network.

Firefly said the collaboration is intended to combine Radial's clinical infrastructure and reach with its AI-powered brain-function technology.

Firefly's proprietary database includes more than 200,000 EEG/ERP brain scans, which the company describes as the world's largest known standardized EEG/ERP repository.

The Evoke System is designed to support diagnostic and treatment monitoring methods for conditions including depression, dementia, anxiety disorders, concussions, ADHD and PTSD.

Firefly is focused on applying artificial intelligence and electrophysiological data to provide clinicians with objective insights into brain function.

AIFF has traded between $0.62 and $3.15 over the past year. The stock is trading at $1.04, up 11.83%.
