Etsy prices IPO at $16, the high end of the range

Etsy, which operates an online marketplace for handmade and vintage goods, raised $267 million by offering 16.7 million shares at $16, the high end of the range of $14 to $16. Etsy plans to list on the NASDAQ under the symbol ETSY. Etsy initially filed confidentially on 11/4/2014. Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley acted as joint bookrunners on the deal.
