ENvue Medical Announces 1-for-12 Reverse Stock Split
(RTTNews) - ENvue Medical, Inc. (FEED), a commercial-stage medical technology company focused on enteral care and non-invasive therapeutic technologies, announced Friday a 1-for-12 reverse stock split of its common stock.
The company's shares will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on the Nasdaq Capital Market at market open on September 1, 2026, under the existing ticker symbol FEED.
Under the reverse split, every 12 shares of ENvue Medical's issued and outstanding common stock will be automatically combined into one share.
The company's approximately 11.08 million outstanding shares will be reduced to approximately 923,718 shares following the reverse split.
The number of authorized common shares will remain unchanged at 40 million.
No fractional shares will be issued. Any fractional shares resulting from the reverse split will be rounded up to the nearest whole share on a per-stockholder basis.
The reverse split will not affect shareholders' percentage ownership or voting power, except for minimal effects resulting from the treatment of fractional shares.
ENvue Medical's outstanding stock options, convertible securities, preferred stock, restricted stock, restricted stock units and warrants will also be appropriately adjusted.
The company's common stock will trade under a new CUSIP number, 63008J876, beginning September 1, 2026.
The reverse stock split was approved by the company's board of directors under authority granted by shareholders at a special meeting held August 14, 2026.
FEED is trading down 7.04% at $0.34.
