Ecovyst Appoints Laurie Bergman CFO To Replace Michael Feehan

(RTTNews) - Ecovyst Inc. (ECVT), a provider of regenerated sulfuric acid, virgin sulfuric acid, and sulfur dioxide and related derivatives on Monday announced the appointment of Laurie Bergman as Chief Financial Officer, effective August 24, replacing Michael Feehan, who will leave the company after a transition period.

Bergman, joins Ecovyst from Legacy Food Group, where she has been CFO since July 2024. She previously served as CFO of Liquid Environmental Solutions and held senior finance roles at UGI Corporation.

Feehan will remain with Ecovyst until September 30, to ensure a smooth handover of responsibilities.

In pre-market activity on the NYSE, shares of Ecovyst were down 1.07 percent, changing hands at $10.33, after closing Friday's regular session 1.16 percent higher.
