Dream Office REIT Announces June Distribution

Dream Office Real Estate Investment (TSE:D.UN) has released an update.

Dream Office Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a June 2024 distribution of 8.333 cents per Series A REIT unit, equating to an annualized payout of $1.00, set to be paid on July 15 to shareholders on record by June 28. As a prominent office landlord in downtown Toronto, Dream Office REIT oversees more than 3.5 million square feet of prime office space, positioning itself as a significant player in one of the world’s leading office markets.
