In early trading on Thursday, shares of Salesforce topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 7.8%. Year to date, Salesforce has lost about 23.7% of its value.
And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is Travelers Companies, trading down 4.3%. Travelers Companies is showing a gain of 7.0% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Walmart, trading down 0.8%, and Amazon.com, trading up 1.1% on the day.
