Dow Movers: MMM, AMZN

In early trading on Wednesday, shares of Amazon.com topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 0.7%. Year to date, Amazon.com has lost about 5.4% of its value.

And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is MMM, trading down 0.4%. MMM is showing a gain of 15.3% looking at the year to date performance.

Two other components making moves today are Chevron, trading down 0.2%, and Apple, trading up 0.6% on the day.
