In early trading on Friday, shares of McDonald's topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 2.2%. Year to date, McDonald's has lost about 12.5% of its value.
And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is JPMorgan Chase, trading down 1.6%. JPMorgan Chase is showing a gain of 14.9% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Dow, trading down 1.1%, and Cisco Systems, trading up 1.1% on the day.
