In early trading on Friday, shares of Sherwin-Williams topped the list of the day's best performing Dow Jones Industrial Average components, trading up 3.2%. Year to date, Sherwin-Williams registers a 1.2% gain.
And the worst performing Dow component thus far on the day is Chevron, trading down 0.6%. Chevron is showing a gain of 28.5% looking at the year to date performance.
Two other components making moves today are Amazon.com, trading down 0.4%, and MMM, trading up 2.1% on the day.
